Faulty or not as described
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem, and we'll sort it out. You won't pay return shipping for faulty items.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right return address.
